Tech TalkHi there,
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
>Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).
>Kindly check by using any other USB cable and also USB cable in any other P.C port.
>Go to the device settings > developer > USB debugging > enable it.
>Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
