Tizen Update for Galaxy watch 3

Samsung has started the roll out of Tizen update for its previous watch models. When are Galaxy watch 3 and watch active 2 users likely to receive the same update in India? 

Will WearOS be pushed to Galaxy watch 3 models or not?

I came across an article which said Tizen update for LTE variant would get delayed by some time, whereas Bluetooth variant will receive it early. Waiting for update to arrive.

The same update for Galaxy Active 2 was also available few weeks back

And No Wear OS wont be pushed to Galaxy Watch 3 or Galaxy Active 2
