I installed same android - media - telegram files and images are empty but I download videos and photo

As per your query, we want to inform you that after the Android 10 update, Google has prohibited access to the Android folder due to security issues. As per this Android users will not be able to access the Android folder and it will show empty. Hence, you are not able to see anything in the Telegram files.
