While uploading any video in whatsapp status .audio is not audible. Any suggestion? This issue is observed after softwares update

Check if your audio is On, like this

Chexk audio icon of that is activated or not and Clear cache of whats app in settings. Then Try again. If that works please accept as solution.

first long press on WhatsApp icon>app info>storage>clear cache>and click on force stop
then try again

Can ur friends hear the audio of ur status on their phone?

Every video in ur phone u share has this issue or one particular video?
As @Shaurya7 said some audio cannot be encoded by whatsapp that's why we have to downgrade it to smaller bitrate.
Any High quality video u share through WhatsApp will naturally be compressed by whatsapp itself that's normal for all social media apps.(for saving bandwidth n efficiency)
So first check if audio is disabled for every video.

If the problem still exists for every video, then backup ur data to google drive n backup ur pics n vids to PC n then uninstall the app completely, then Install it again n see if this fixed the issue, that's my final solution.
