THEMES in Samsung devices

I Have a question why don't samsung add themes like xiaomi , oneplus, does a i was looking for good themes in theme store after scrolling a lot i couldn't find a good theme . Tell me your opinion

Samsung is just looting people in the name of brand...most of the basic features available in the other smartphones are missing as network speed indicator ...individual app's connectivity barring etc

Its really sad and samsung gives software update to mid range device really late i might stop using samsung device for this
