Support for adding multiple users. This way users can use their phone for both personal and work seperately.
Android itself does support this, it's just not implemented in OneUI.

Do you mean something like this? If yes, then contact your company's IT admin, he/she will set it up for you, or if you want to do it yourself, then use Cometin's parallel module (Download from Play Store).
