Hi, the split screen on my phone doesn't seem to work. Its greyed out - I can't use that function at all. Any idea how to fix this issue? Samsung s10

Follow the bellow mentioned steps to resolve your issue:
1.Check device in safe mode: Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
To exit safe mode: Restart your device.

2.Software Update(If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

3.Reset the device: Settings > General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data


If issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member > Get help > send feedback > Ask question/Error report)
