Hi, the split screen on my phone doesn't seem to work. Its greyed out - I can't use that function at all. Any idea how to fix this issue? Samsung s10

Can anyone tell me how to manually disable apps in Samsung Galaxy S10?I do not see an option to disable apps under Settings. It just allows to 'force stop' or 'uninstall'.
