Galaxy SPlease perform normal phone reset settings once
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings
Also, turn off goodlock app task changer and try again..

Be assue below steps will solve the issue which you are facing:-
To use more then one app at a time, navigate to tghe multitasking view and find one of the apps you want to use in the Split screen mode. Tap on the Apps icon, then select Open in split screen view. The First app will minimize to the top of the display until you launch the second app you want to use.
