To block spam messages users navigate to settings and then to block messages and numbers. When user selects block number application opens messages to select the messages to block. But the application is unable to select those messages to block which have no numbers. When user selects those messages it says phone number isn't valid. I've attached image of the spam messages the Samsung messages is unable to block.
Just for this feature users download the google messages app which is able to block such messages and report such spam messages and thus create a database of spam messages eventually users doesn't get even one..
Same goes with phone app. Samsung phone app don't have report and block. Without reporting each users have to block individual spam messages and calls but with reporting, users using the application is able to collaborate and thus users dont get these messages and calls even before he has blocked such calls and messages.
Also Samsung needs to come up with their own version of true caller.
