Ans:

This may be due to the current situation in the country. And Samsung does not provide software updates on time. We must be patient till it arrives to our phones.

It depends on hardware requirements. You can check if your phone is eligible for the Android 10 OS update by opening Samsung Members application, notices, Android 10 update notice.

4. Device Overheat/Lag/Battery Issues

Ans:

This may be due to various reasons.

1. The environment you live: If your environment is hot than usual then, eventually your phone gets hot.

2. Time you use your phone: If you use your phone continuously, it'll get hot.

Follow settings,Digital Wellbeing

3. Corrupted system: If your device files being infected with a virus or malware, unfinished software update, corrupted memory, tons of files filled up in your phone storage might increase your phone temperature.

Install an Antivirus software from Play Store to protect your device in online world.

4. Unfamiliar phone case: If you have installed a heavy/ full edged phone case for your phone. There is no way to release the heat of your phone. So it'll fill up within your phone case. Changing your phone case might help you in this case.

5. Tons of applications installed in your phone

6. Outdated/bad/faulty battery: If your device is under warranty, please contact Samsung customer care service.

7. Misbehaviour of applications: Some applications does not support your current Android version. Therefore, it may eat up your battery by running in the background. For that, Goto Settings,Device Care and tap optimize to resolve such issues.

You can read more by referring to settings, about phone, legal information, safety information.

5. Camera/Keyboard/Launcher related issues

Ans:

1. Camera lag/ False resolution(Galaxy A50): After the Android 10 update Galaxy A50,  A70 users are expecting Camera Lag, Unstable, Front camera false pixel resolution issues. Most of these issues can be fixed by referring to settings, apps, tap 3 dots menu and click show system apps. And then search for camera. Tap storage and click clear cache & data. And the other problem is that front camera shows 16MP. But it's actually 25MP. Therese, we don't want to worry about that. And we hope that Samsung will release a patch for that issue too.

2. Keyboard lag/Language issues: These issues can be fixed by referring to settings, apps, tap 3 dots menu and click show system apps. And then search for Samsung Keyboard. Tap storage and click clear cache & data. Alternatively, you can install GBoard from Play Store.

3. Android 10 Navigation Gesture issue: When you install third party launcher like Nova Launcher, you will notice that the new Android 10 navigation gesture doesn't work. Currently there is no solution for this issue. We have to wait for Samsung to release a patch. It'll work only for stock OneUi Home launch.

I hope that this tutorial might help you to resolve some issues on your phone. Thank you. Have a nice day!

India is a big market. And software update depends on various things. And currently the OneUi 2.1 is available only for selected models. It's the priority that matters on when Samsung release the test build.

Then why S20 in india got the security updates and S10 got the on UI 2.1
Tech Talk
S20 has 2 models, knows as Exynos and Snapdragon. Exynos is for Asia and Snapdragon for europe. Snapdragon powered Galaxy S20 already updated to Oneui 2.1 and some Exynos models didn't. As I said earlier that India is bigger market. So they have to release a stable build without having major issues for the latest Samsung flagship. And I recommend you to keep an eye on Software Update notification.

Tech Talk
There's no problem with India. Due to the current situation in the country they couldn't test or release a stable build. And they will release updates for models which already been tested and working perfectly. So we have to be patient till it arrives to our phone.
