Problem: i am unable to get into "my page" in Samsung Members community after i turn off "Airplane mode." I get 'Server response error' or 'Network error', & 'No service' messages.

Solution:
Tap on button indicated by three vertical lines (III).

Then, tap on 'Close all'.

Then, again open "Samsung Members" app. Click on "My page". This time you will see no error. You will be able to get into your page.

If this type of problem will happens again then make sure that you have to take the recording of that error so that you can send that video to samsung with proof.
