Problem: Bluetooth isn't functioning. My smartphone is unable to pair with other smartphone.
Solution: first, clear cache in 'Storage' & 'Memory'. Then, make sure the device (smartphone) you want to connect to your device (smartphone) is also in pairing mode (Bluetooth is 'ON')
