Software update issue

I just bought this Samsung A55 5g yesterday and ever since it's showing this, 

"Update Paused" message I tried with every wifi network and mobile data but unable to Update 

I need solution for this is there any problem, 

Help me..!

Hi, OP. It took me several restarts and a weird green screen, but I finally updated. I have an A55 too, and I used Smart Switch on my PC. It was frustrating, but it finally went through. Hope you have luck with this solve, too!

I am also facing same problem since purchase of mobile on 22 nc October and too much irritating by seeing this. Plz help me to resolve this issue.

You can use your PC to do the update I did it that way and it worked. Just download smart switch to both of your PC and phone connect your phone to PC via. a cable and run the smart switch it should say that you have an update and you can download the update there
