Hi,

 

Anyone help me with this issue.

 

2 days back I have updated my phone with the new version after updation my phone network has gone .

It is showing insert sim card again and again . I have already formatted my phone and reset my networking setting and change the sim but same problem are showing in my phone.

So please help me in this case.

Hi bro,
is that sim card working on keypad phone means pls chk 2g service, if available 2g service, go to network service provider store ie airtel idea which network you are using, replace new 4g sim card with same no, before doing that try another 4g sim in your phone.

Many Note 8 user's facing this issue Samsung should again give software update to all them then Network issue and issue's may be gone

check ur notice section samsung rolled out a notice regarding this issue, all the note8 user will get this notice, and also u can check ur imei ,ur phone don't have imei number *#06#

finally my phone is working now if anyone is suffering from this problem please follow and process.


Step 1: (If device is not powering on) Charge device for at least 1 hour
with original charger provided with box before starting process.
Step 2: Phone should be in Switch OFF state, follow the procedure as
below:
Long press “Volume Down + Power Key + Bixby Key”

Step 3: After step 2, warning message will be displayed.
Press the Volume up button and device will open.
Connect the phone to laptop/desktop via USB Cable.

Recovery Steps – To be done on laptop/desktop

Step 4: Click on the link and download 2 files in one Folder

Step 5: Install Smart switch application in laptop/desktop before
proceeding further (https://www.samsung.com/in/support/smart-switch/)
Step 6: Connect device with laptop/desktop using USB cable.

Step 7: Double click “N950FXXSDDTG5” exe file which is downloaded from
the link of Step 4.
Tool will be opened Click “Start” Button

Step 8: Wait for 10 minutes after clicking on “Start” button.

Step 9: If “Pass” is displayed on tool screen then device will return to
home screen after some time.
After Performing the troubleshooting steps "if the issue still persists,
kindly get back to us with additional information- Error log File, Video
or Screen-shots. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern."
