Secure folder
Secure folder is a feature in Samsung galaxy phones which allows users to store their private apps, photos, videos, documents etc. privately. The folder is protected using Samsung Knox platform which make sure that youre files are fully protected and kept safe from malicious attacks. The folder can be accessed using PIN, password or biometrics.
Setting up Secure Folder
For using you’re secure folder you can either pull down the notification panel and enable it
Or either you can go to Settings>Biometrics and security>Secure folder and enable it.
When you are setting it up for the first time you have to log into you’re Samsung account.
Moving media and apps into secure folder
For moving photos and videos into secure folder; go to Samsung’s gallery app and select your photo or video after that click on the three dots (on top right hand corner) and click on move to secure folder.

Open secure folder and click add apps on bottom and select the app you want to add to secure folder
Other than photos and videos and apps you can also add contacts, notes etc. to your secure folder.
You can also enable or disable you’re secure folder from displaying it on your app tray by pulling down you’re notification panel and enabling or disabling it.
Secure folder is available on most of the Samsung device. For knowing if your device is supported please check it on Samsung’s official website.
