Screen Shot Function (Power Button+Volume Down Button) is not working. Why?

Try smoothly..or ek baar normal phone reset settings kark dekho

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings
or
try some other ways

like palm swipe gesture
or
one hand operation+
or
accessibility>Interaction and Dexterity>Assistant menu feature
