best and handy option is assistant menu

go to settings>accessibility >interaction and dexterity>assistant menu>enable and click on it and enable assistant plus menu

by enabling this option you can also perform so many other task very easily

other option is hold and press volume down key +power key

and another is palm swipe to, but this is not handy and useful
