How can you tell if an app you use is recording your screen activity?

I think we cant know this unless that app is complained for exposing private info,but generally screen recording apps shows the notification.

I see, but i would like to see if a app is actually doing this
Google phones also show which app is using camera and microphone (like iPhone)
Why not samsung 🤔
