Screen Not Working

My Samsung screen isn't working since Thursday , when it started working slightly I formatted the complete phone , problem subsided for a day, but now it's back again and it's so bad that I can't do anything at all..what to do ?

No history of hardware injury or water contact or anything.

Did check for viruses/malware , nothing found.

remove the screen guard, if already done then go to nearby service senter
