Great news! Samsung has released a new Samsung TalkBack update directly via the Galaxy Store โ€” and it fixes a long-standing issue where Explore by Touch and some gestures stopped working when the screen was hidden.
๐Ÿ”น This is a major milestone because, for the first time, Samsung didnโ€™t make users wait for a One UI or security update to improve TalkBack.
๐Ÿ”น Iโ€™m using a Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, and this gives me strong hope that future TalkBack updates will continue coming directly through the Galaxy Store, allowing accessibility issues to be fixed much faster.
๐Ÿ‘ Iโ€™ve personally requested Samsungโ€™s senior management multiple times to enable direct TalkBack updates, and itโ€™s truly encouraging to see Samsung finally moving in this direction.

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Samsung TTS Improvements (Another Big Step!)
About 75 days ago, Samsung also released updates that significantly improved Samsung Text-to-Speech for:
โ€ข English (India) Voice 1
โ€ข Hindi (India) Voice 1
Earlier, these voices were unclear, inconsistent, switched between different tones, and were very slow.
โœ… Now they are clearer, more consistent, and faster.
While thereโ€™s still room for improvement, this update is a huge step forward.
Whatโ€™s more encouraging?
๐Ÿ“Œ I raised this issue in a LinkedIn comment tagging Samsungโ€™s senior executives, and within just two weeks, the improvements were implemented.
This clearly shows that sharing accessibility feedback directly with Samsung leadership works โ€” and positive changes are already happening.

๐Ÿค Call to Action
I kindly request everyone to share your Samsung accessibility feedback under the same LinkedIn post where Iโ€™ve commented and tagged senior executives.
Together, we can make Samsung devices even more accessible for everyone.
