I am not able to unlock my  note8 .
As it is showing  Use your pass code for safety.  while I'm typing passcode it is showing incorrect password .
I have tried at least 30 combinations at a time but is not showing (try after 30 sec ).

can anyone suggest an option

if your find my phone is active.. pls do one thing.. go to samsung.dive. and remote unlock the phone using your samsung account. call samsung customer care tell the details of yours along with samsung account and your phone number related to the device and they will guide you how to unlock the same.
NOTE. THIS WORKS ONLY IF YOU HAVE PUT YOUR DEVICE ON THE REMOTE UNLOCK MODE IN SECURITY AND FIND MY PHONE. REVERT IF FOUND THIS THING RELEVANT.

Hi there,


Sorry about the issue with your device. To unlock the device please check entering backup PIN. If issue persists then follow the mentioned steps:
- If you have configured Samsung account with `Find my mobile service' and the device internet as well as Remote Unlock feature is enabled, you may use it to unlock the device.
Visit the link https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ enter Samsung account and tap on unlock.
If the issue persists please visit the Samsung authorized service center. Refer to the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
