Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

3- Check the Wi-Fi issue in safe mode.

4- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > Wi-Fi).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

Also we really appreciate your feedback regarding screenshot option in notification panel, dual app and data restriction feature. We would take this feedback for further improvements in our upcoming launches.
