Samsung m31s since 2 days automatically restart full day how fix this problem

Samsung mobile now is main problem. Samsung brand but now is not good

Samsung galaxy M31s is auto restarting again and again. How to resolve this?? This is happening since Nov 2021.

Same problem here in my brand new M53, after july 1 patch which got updated in aug, phone auto starting. However its not frequent, but there certainly is a problem in this patch.
