Keyboard toolbar me koi chip enable nhi ho Pata Hai

You can't see emoji button at top because you might have turned off keyboard toolbar in settings. Go to settings-> general management->keyboard list and default->Samsung keyboard-> turn on keyboard toolbar.

Hold and press the comma button beside space bar.
