Samsung got the 3d place by falling from 2nd position
So now its time to analyze why its HAPPENED
1. BUGGY SOFTWARE UPDATE most of the devices of Samsung got oneui 2 are buggy even performance are decreased.
2.MOST DEVICE DON'T GET UPDATES there are many devices of midrange and low range dont get even the buggy update of oneui2
3.WORST PERFORMANCE IN FLAGSHIP LEVEL previously Samsung known for its best performance on flagship but on s20 its changed.
Most of the customers are not satisfied who buy s20 they are regretting after buy it. Also there are no such updates given to atleast try to fix those issues.
4.Irritating users by differentiating between A & M series Galaxy A & M are mostly midrange smartphones. There are many differences between them most M series smartphone dont have knox security (secure folder option) ( There knox exists only on M10s)
Also most M series devices dont have Edge lighting, always on display, good lock etc extra services while in lower budget A series have such things (M30/31/30s/21 have aod service & inspite of beinga samoled display m10s dont have aod)
5.camera M10s have 13 mp camera A50 have 25 Mp camera M30s have 48 mp camera ( i dont go to compare with flagships) but a old j7 max 13 mp is enough to compete with these all its contrast clarity is much better than all phones (approx person time to time performance may differ)
6.charge 6000 mah battery with just an 15 w charger are you jockeying with us atleast 25 charger needed as per customer satisfaction.
7. Price drop a50 price drop from 25k to 10 k( includes discounts(prepaid&sbi discount) in flipkart ) what a joke all would regretting.
8.fingerprint sensor Most of Samsung devices fingerprint sensor even in flagship are slow in both position (rear/in display)
9.discomoled display most Samsung Amoled displays are awesome at one word no other brand can beat Samsung in this. But still its like a disco even a little hight drop / little pressure could fault your display even in flagship. And display price is half than mobile price.
Now its time for good side
1.still better camera performance than Chinese products.
2. No ad ui still now (you can opt out for ads anytime while most Chinese phones have forced ads even sometime they are adult)
3. customer support till now is really awesome most of the city's and village's are covered even in my village location there's a service center within 1 km.
4. Galaxy folding devices are really futuristic and awesome in looks.
5. Good hardware device just like my old j7 & j3 is still running after approx 5 year
6.no **bleep** flash sale like Chinese companies do
7. Most awesome R&D team like inspite of being a 6000 mah battery phone is not heavy
8. The awesome amoled displays
9.no data share to any 3rd party
10. Defense grade security of knox
