See, the probable reason is some mobile devices may not support every video file type that they receive. Commonly you can play 3GP, MP4, WEBM, and MKV video file types while MP3, MP4, FLAC, OGG, M4A, AAC, and WAV audio files on Android phones.

There are 2 ways to play this video-

1.) Download VLC for Android from the play store/galaxy store.

OR

2.) Convert videos to MP4 format!!

How then it is smart phone convept should be not match with smart phone.Why need external player install and waste ram and space with advertisement using external app.

I have Samsung A50(2019) and a tab S6 lite(2020). Both supported for same video but not my new device A53. How do I fix this?

Download vlc player.. its the best.. in the player swiping up on the left is brightness and right of the screen is volume , very handy .. try it out
