You can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Ensure that your device is eligible for the update and that your region is supported.


2. Update your Samsung Members app to the latest version from the Play Store.


3. Check for any system updates in the device settings.


4. Sometimes updates are rolled out gradually, so it might take some time to appear on your device.



If you’ve already done these and still don’t see the notice, keep an eye on it over the next few days as the rollout could take some time

Not sure what's happening in Samsung. I am beginning to think that Indian customers are being treated in a substandard manner. First, they launch beta only on S24s, then they launch on select countries including India on Dec 5, now they say they are rolling out in Phases and and its already December 7 and Indian users have not received the update.

If Apple can launch beta on the same day at the same time to entire iPhone, iPad lineups, what prevents Samsung from doing that? Atleast they could have sticked to their original schedule that they have published in websites and newsrooms.
