_Title:_ Incompatibility of Samsung TalkBack with Phone App - Swipe Gesture Issue

_Description:_

Since the latest Phone App update, the Samsung TalkBack feature has become incompatible with the app. Specifically, the automatic scrolling/rolling feature no longer works when swiping:

- Right to left
- Left to right

in the phone contacts list. This issue is not present in other lists, and it was working correctly before the update.

_Steps to Reproduce:_

1. Enable Samsung TalkBack
2. Open the Phone App
3. Navigate to the contacts list
4. Swipe:
 - Right to left
 - Left to right
 to attempt to scroll through the list

_Expected Result:_

The list should automatically scroll/roll as the user swipes in both directions.

_Actual Result:_

The list does not scroll/roll, and the user must manually scroll through the list.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Are you actually going to do anything about it? You really need to start thinking about accessibility seriously. Samsung india needs and accessibility team to take care of disabled customers ASAP.
