From last three days I am unabke to use my M30s mobile due to screen freez out and unevenly restarting .

Also talked with samsung technical support they said due to some technical bug with software upgradation may result facing the issue adviced to visit nearest service centre

I had faced same issues for months. Download samsung members app.. immediately after your phone restarts after automatic shutdown, open samsung members app where you get an option to send feedback. If you click on it, your mobile issues will be resolved. Good luck!
