With the launch of M series, Samsung entered in to a segment which was ruled by Chinese brands.
Mid Range segment in smartphone witness brutal competition among brands.
M series was the attempt from Samsung to provide a smartphone which is a combination of Good Brand Value, Good Hardware, Good Software, Good look, Good Camera and Good Battery in value for Money.
Galaxy M40 stands aside from other M series because this phone was equipped with Qualcomm SD 675 and punch hole display.
With punch hole display M40 looks stunning and yes this phone also came with NFC, there were many features which was first to M series.
Lets talk about pros and cons after more than a usage of M40.
Pros.

5. Better One UI optimization
6. 6 GB and 128 GB standard
7. Good viweing angel.
8. Nice speaker
9. Fast fingerprint reader.
Cons
1. Lag in opening applications
2. Average front camera
3. Average low light camera performance
4. Heating while charging
5. Not compatible with local or other brands type C earphone.
6. Battery life reduced in just one year of moderate use.
This should be taken in to consideration that I don't play game on this phone.
Conclusion
M40 is a great smartphone with amazing rear camera.
It is being sad with current performance I can happily use this phone for another year.
