Samsung M31 network issue - 4G not working

Hi,

For some reason, my samsung M31 is not detecting 4G network, its only detecting 2G. This happened earlier as well but got somehow after putting the sim to slot 2 and then back to slot 1 fixed it. Also this is happening everytime I insert audio jack and remove it. But this time is permanently on 2G only, tried all solution provided in different forums. Is it a hardware issue and I need to take it to service center?

i am facing same problem in m31, it also heppens in safe mode, after full format, issue is still there
