Samsung M31 network issue 4G not working

Dear samsung team 

Recently i have purchased samsung M31 from Amazon on line on 10 aug 2020 it works fine for 15 days but now i am facing problem in networking mobile didn't work on 4G network it shows 'E' network and i am unable to use mobile on video calls meeting on Google meet, skype,  this smart phone cost is around 18000 inr and working like 800 inr so requested samsung look this matter regarding M31 issues and sort out soon 

What is procedure ro replacement this New M31 phone i brought this online on Amazon

To resolve "network" issue please follow below given steps:

1. Reset Network Settings:- Go to apps screen >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset Network Setting.

2. Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Why is it that for almost every problem, you guys have the same solution? It's like a template that you copy-paste and put it up over here!

No, 4G isn't still working after the reset!

Not just that, But it has downloading issues as well. On Wifi.

Please come up with a **bleep** solution Right Away. People have paid their hard-earned money for this, not for you people to play around with this!
