Samsung M31 network issue 4G not working

Dear samsung team 

Recently i have purchased samsung M31 from Amazon on line on 10 aug 2020 it works fine for 15 days but now i am facing problem in networking mobile didn't work on 4G network it shows 'E' network and i am unable to use mobile on video calls meeting on Google meet, skype,  this smart phone cost is around 18000 inr and working like 800 inr so requested samsung look this matter regarding M31 issues and sort out soon 

What is procedure ro replacement this New M31 phone i brought this online on Amazon

if this cause any 3rd party app
you can try these settings
go to settings >General Management >reset>reset network and restart your device then try

and if convert to 2g then you can set it as lTE only in mobile network section

and for your return query in Amazon only 7 days replacement facility. so now no way to return or replace

yes bro because m30s suffered last 8 month network issue finally they slove july update you may wait via update this problem sloved

its common problem of all M31 users,

i have requested for update to samsung, but still no any reply

also 4G+ option is default disabled in m31 software, thats why we are not getting full 4g speed
