Samsung M31 geting switch off frequenty after the ubdate

My Samsung Galaxy M31 is getting switch off frequently.It is a greater problem for me as a student to deal with online classes.tThe phone is given to the service center and still the problem remains.Pleaalse help me to fix this problem.It is very difficult to use the phone ,phone is getting switch off9-10 times daily.please help.....

To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.
