Samsung F41 Secure folder missing and not able to download

Recently I brought Samsung F41 and surprise to see secure folder is missing and not allowing to download from play store also.

Even I can see lots of basic features are missing screen recorder, Samsung kids etc

Did Samsung in their marketing announce that it has these features ?
In fact it was written that it runs on One UI Core.

I am actually "surprised" that how many people just buy phone THEN find out about features they want.

Yes as this are basic features and how it will missing. They updated UI to 2.1.

No need to be surprised of you want those premium features then you would have gone for A series.
Samsung is a brand which sells its phones from 5000 to more tha 1lakh and it can't bundle all features in a budget device.
