Samsung F23 5g restart issue

 I have been using Samsung devices for over 15 years. Till December 2020 I had no issues with any of the devices. The qualities of the devices were excellent in the past.

But after the software update on my previous device Samsung M31S, I experienced restart issue and when I visited the samsung care, they told to replace the mother board which was estimated around Rs.8000. After complaining to samsung they replaced me the mother board on free of cost.

Now I am facing the same restart problem issue in my new device Samsung F23 5G device after software update. Now also the samsung care person says to replace the mother board.

The restart problem arises only after the software update. Is it fair enough for the samsung company to do like this. Samsung keeps on advertising us that it gives 4 generations of OS updates and 5 years of security updates. But the real truth is samsung device gets destroyed after few updates and makes us to pay to replace the mother board. 

Samsung is losing our trust in recent times. Do something about this restart issues and give us a permanent solution.

I am also using another device samsung M34 5G. Now I am very worried and in fear, when this device is going to face the restart issue. 

Do something and please resolve the restart issue and make us again to have trust on your samsung devices.

Did everything, they have only one answer Your handset is out of warranty and you have to replace motherboard spending 9k whether issue happened after software update.

Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.
Note: We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

Disable the auto restart function
There are two methods to disable the auto restart function

Method 1: Settings>General management>Reset>Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Method 2: Settings>Battery and device care>Three dots>Automation>Disable "Auto restart at set times" if enabled

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Did everything. If you don't provide charging dock along with mobile, you can't say about genuine charger. How any Lehman know which is genuine or else.  Samsung must teach to dealers to educate about charger at the time of purchase.  Mobile means mobility anywhere anything can carry and used.  So in today's EV market you are making excuses of genuine charger.  If a person purchase electric vehicle and company ask to charge through genuine charger only then think what would happen.  

Samsung must accept that their motherboard was not capable of software update that's it.  You totally thrown it on customers.  This is bad.

This model is a failure. Samsung must accept this first. Do not claim issues with the charger. The Wi-Fi is not working. Please provide a solution for this.

Don't waste your time for searching solution with samsung.  They least bother about you including CEO desk.

Out of 140cr you don't come under samsung priority.  So sir congratulations you spent your money and they gained profit from you now they least concern about you whether their faults.
