Samsung A54 5g Not switching to this device Charging connected device via usb

To whom it may concern 
My Samsing A54 5g Charges via pc and charging block. 

I can't transfer files via pc or connect a usb to my phone.
I have attached files stating the issue. 

Anyone experiences this issue.
i tried using a adaptor for 3.5mm wired headphone it not switching
