My samsung a30s display turns saturated/cartoonist coloured when it is in the lock screen. Please help me finding solution.

change wallpaper and increase brightness because in extremely low brightness it looks weird. or you can goto settings >Display > screen mode > adjust white balance.

Hi there,

 

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

• Adjust brightness of the device then check it. (Setting > Display > Brightness)
• Perform reset settings(Settings > General management > Reset > Reset settings)

• Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.

It's your fingerprint scanner. Turn it off and it'll turn back to normal.
