Hi all,

I have been encountering a problem with supplementary services (call forwarding and all) on SIM slot 1. I searched for a long time to look for the cause, but didn't get any luck until today.

I think most of you are using Samsung Band Selection(SBS) app to maximise internet speeds on phones that do not support carrier aggregation.

When I restrict my phone to connect to a single band, the supplementary services of that SIM slot just says, "connection problem".

I would love to know if any one using SBS incurred the same problem. And if there is any solution to this problem.
