S21 ULTRA CRASH & RESTART ISSUE SOLVED FOR NOW ATLEAST

FIRST WEEK OF S21ULTRA EXYNOS
guess what...

CRASH AND FREEZEEEE 🤐
Samsung Customer Care helped with every possible tips and ways to stop that but nothing helped
ISSUE WAS VERY OCCASIONAL THOUGH WITH NOTHING DOWNLOADED ON DEVICE
THIS WAS A SERIOUS CONCERN AND ENCOUNTERED IT LIKE TWICE A MONTH TIll APRIL

Finally On JuNE 30th Early Morng 2Am i woke up to find my device frozen.
THIS WAS THE 9TH TIME THIS WAS HAPPENING
Honestly the device had only What's app and amazon app installed nothing else 
And i lost my patience to this issue as i thought the problem was solved

On contacting Samsung Support i was told to visit service centre
And that was like OH MY GOD 
Nothing is PREMIUM OR FLAGSHIP you can have issue on any piece of mobile you buy at any given moment. And i was so disappointed like why should my device be in the Operation Theatre 🥺 well it was malfunctioning from the very beginning. I was like i have been cheated.

But as it was in service centre for three days and they did all they could and had to reinstall all the Software and for now im not facing any crash so Far its been 2 Days But God knows if i face the same issue next Month...

Day Before yesterday After Flash Firmware from authorised service centre i think it's solved for now and i take an oath will never update any software personally 😅😓

And also pray to not face the issue again

Let me remember my past Samsung Devices
First one was Samsung Galaxy Guru😂

2nd was Galaxy Star 3G

3rd was Galaxy S Duos

4th was Galaxy S4

5th was Galaxy Grand

6th was again Galaxy S4

7th was TAB S

8th was Galaxy S7 Edge

9th is S21 ULTRA

And The Samsung Galaxy Guru and S Duos has no software issue till date.

The First Step i did is filing error report in members app by attaching the log file too...
Did this Numerous times since begining of March 2021
The Response im left with as usual is

After filing report these reply i have got since march till now its been july...
