Hi,
I updated the latest UI 3 update on my samsung s10. So far I have been facing two issues. One sometimes my battery doesn't get charged, it stays at the same percentage. The other issue is with the touch. Any application or on the home screen different places mostly at the lower part of the mobile gets clicked on whatever icon, etc is there.

try these steps

A. Wipe Cache Partition.

Steps to perform.

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect withpc/laptop/type C earphone only for Android 11 )

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

C. Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings.

and regarding battery %tage do this once
dial * # 0228 # and then ckick on "quick start" click on OK it will calibrate your battery

it is safe.? it was showing some waring to me does my warranty will get over or does my battery will be affected.?

no, dear no warranty will affect or battery its just a formal warning
it will correct ur battery percentage, don't worry
