Hello Everyone,

I have Samsung F62 with Android 13 and somehow it got completely locked off. I was using the fingerprint and pattern lock from last two years and even I remember the same till now, but it is neither asking me pattern nor looking for fingerprint. It is only asking for a password that contains at least 4 characters including at least 1 letter now. I am completely clueless about this. Can someone help me understand which password it is asking as I never set any password lock till date. 

Also, I contacted service center and they suggested me for a factory reset as the only option. My data is very important for me so I was wondering if there is any recovery method which I can use. I don't have USB debugging enabled to use ADB commands as well. Also I don't want to trip Knox security by flashing custom ROM. Kindly suggest any way to backup data before reset now. Also, even if I can recover it after factory reset by third party software, I am afraid "Is SAMSUNG encrypts the /data partition in Android 13 and I won't be able to decrypt the data back after restoring from third party tool (Since the decryption keys must be lost during a reset? Kindly suggest any other way even fastboot etc.

If u can connect to WiFi or turn on mobile data(on ur locked device) and you have same Samsung account logged in other galaxy devices then do unlock ur phone from find my mobile (it will not delete any data except credentials).

I have WiFi enabled and mobile data also turned on. Also, I am getting only calls on my sim without any name on it as probably contacts app is locked as well. Actually I tried this from a computer and logged in to https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com/ and saw my phone there but as soon as I clicked on it the phone disappeared. Now when I login to this website it shows (No devices). Any workaround?

Clear browsing data, update ur browser(if not latest) restart and try again with same Samsung account.

Actually this is not a browser issue though. My mobile removed from SAMSUNG smart things find website. So it says "No registered devices" and My device (0). previously my phone was there and My device (1) was there. So basically the device got removed from the website. PS: I checked from a different browser as well.

Now u may need to purchase any software or go to nearby store to get unlocked by paying.

I am trying Samsung Switch app but it is not recognizing my phone via USB. Although the phone is connected and device drivers are installed. Is this app helpful to recover my data? If so then how to make it recognize my mobile.

To recognize ur mobile u need to first unlock, this app can't help u.
