Recently bought s20 fe 5g has carrier aggregation issue.

Can someone help me I am not getting any Carrier  aggregation on my s20 fe 5g.

My 4 years old phone is having 4g+ with same network same location and the internet speed on s20 fe 5g is horribly slower than my old phone.Is there any solution

I loaded NetMonster app and I got the CA info. Attached 2 screenshot. My Jio SIM showing LTE+ and connected to 2 bands in one screenshot and another screenshot with connected to 4 bands.
