Recent app and back buttons are not working.

C9 pro - recent and back buttons have stopped working. Have tried factory reset but it has not solved the problem.

Hello, Open Dialer and dial- *#0*# then Select - Sub Key and then Press the Buttons you want to check. If the color in the screen doesn't changes while pressing the buttons then its a hardware issue. You need to visit service center.
