Can any one share information about :

What is difference between Reboot, Safe Mode, and Factory Reset? 

Incase of any issue which one is to be performed first? 

How to perform it? 

Which one to be used to clean device?

• Reboot means restarting phone.
• Safe mode disables 3rd party apps downloaded from app stores and only enables system and inbuilt apps.
• Factory reset means deleting all user data in phone.

If any issue occurs you can check with a simple reboot and then safe mode and at last factory rest if issue still persist.

Clean device? If you're talking about cache wipe then you need to boot your phone to recovery mode and clean system cache from there.
