Read & Write memory issue in dual apps in samsung m52

I enabled dual app feature for using another whatsapp account, i couldn't backup files google drive & cannot able read local backup files. Somehow i installed without previous chats, but now i couldn't download any media including status media files.
It seems there is some issue with memory permissions, it couldn't read or write.

There is no option to talk to customer support for software issues. Let me know if you have any number other than numbers available in portal.

Open members app》go to get help》error reprots》select application》type your issue and send.
Wait for some days they will reply

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

Thanks for your reply, clearing cache didn't work, I tried multiple times. Issued was reported under error report section.

I also faced this issue. Than Uninstalled the dual what's app and installed whatsapp business app. This is working.now the back up is on and all media is started to download. Hope it helps.

I have installed WhatsApp in secure folder, by transferring files to secure folder.
