Can any one say how to transfer a screenshot or screen recording without losing the quality of it 

since everythime I share a screenshot or screen recording the quality is very worse compare to itels original quality.

could anyone say why it's happening and how to rectify this ...

in status there won't be any compression atall.

so check the quality of screenshot. the screenshot quality won't be same as that you look of the screen before the shot . there will very less amount of quality will be decreased (not that much change)

no bro the screenshot and screrenrecording video compress while sharing it in what's app and the quality of it is very low bro and even it can't clearly read the words in it

how you are taking the screen record, with any third part app ahh bro

for me there is no problem like that in WhatsApp so check the update of it and check the recording quality In the app setting

the WhatsApp compress all the images to 30kb on the status. so the quality will be low while seeing it.

only WhatsApp can fix that. so we can do only one trick like ,take the image in very clear quality and try to put in status so that after compression also we can able to see it in managing quality.
(or)
take the image in normal quality with some how clear to read and see in low amount of storage/size so that the whatapp compress it very less
