Can any one say how to transfer a screenshot or screen recording without losing the quality of it 

since everythime I share a screenshot or screen recording the quality is very worse compare to itels original quality.

could anyone say why it's happening and how to rectify this ...

if you are trying to send it in WhatsApp send it in a pdf/document format. so that there won't be any compression while sharing.

in all sharing places share it as document format itself ,it won't compress ,so the quality won't be changed after you have shared also

please share the photo or video by selecting the document option instead of picture or video option.
Also in order to view high quality pictures or videos, you need an equally powerful app like VLC media player or Adobe Photoshop etc....
