This is same problem across many devices in Samsung..if it is under warranty.. please visit Samsung care .. I think will either fix software issue if not they can replace hardware

1st try factory reset. If it didnt work then Visit Service Centre. Book a Job Sheet. Send a mail to Service head along with the Jobsheet Number.

My mobile had the same problem, automatic restart after screen freeze. The problem is associated with Motherboard. Since my phone was under warranty, motherboard was replaced free of cost. That solved the issue.
